Breakfast Day 4:

About to go to the gym, but I felt like I should eat something beforehand...
8oz. Almond milk
1/2 c. Quaker Oats Quick 1-Minute Oatmeal
1/2 scoop Whey and Soy Protein
1/2 c. water
1 c. frozen fruit

New day, new start. No more booze.

Day 3: Lunch, Dinner, Shenanigans

Lunch was good! Kinda...
1/2 c. Brown Rice (plain)
1/4 c. summer squash
1/4 c. broccoli (not sure how it was cooked, but it was pretty plain)
5 cucumber slices
1/4 c. tomatoes
balsamic dressing
1 slice of Vegan cake (bad splurge...)

Snack:
15 Almonds

Dinner:
2 slices wheat bread
2 slices tomato
3 slices lettuce
1 slice PepperJack cheese
3.oz (roughly) of smoked turkey breast
1 pickle spear

carrots and celery with plain hummus
6 peanut butter bars (kill me)
A Sugar Free Rockstar


And then....

I drank more than I can remember. KILL ME NOW.
It was fun, but I regret it this morning.  Heading off to the gym now, even though I know it won't make any real difference

Day 2: Dinner

Did SO well at dinner! Went to Matt's with everyone and we made homemade salsa and chicken tacos.  I ate chips and salsa (ok, not so great) while we cooked.  Then had 2 tacos with chicken, sauteed onions/peppers/tomatoes, and a bit of cheese.  Then Gabby made squash, with a little bit of pepper on it.

THEN, I failed :(

We went back to Marten's and bought icecream, oreos, chocolate chips, and chocolate sauce and made an ice cream cake :/ I ate just a bit of it, but it was WAAAAY too much.  Then I just caught myself eating more Hot Tamales.

Today was a learning day, and I realized that I eat way more than I should, and not the healthiest stuff (most of it was healthy, but yeah).  I'm going to cut out most of the icky, sugary stuff.

Day 2: Snack?

GAAAAAAH I fail.

2 Nutri-Grain bars
5 carrots
5 celery sticks
2 Tbs. Hummus

I'm going to cut back dinner tonight despite people ACTUALLY cooking.  Not going to happen.

Day 2: Lunch

Ugggggh this is so much harder than it used to be! I WILL NOT GIVE UP!

I ate like 40 Hot Tamale candies, a greek salad from Panera without peppers, onions, or olives, and had a Panera baguette.

Also ate 15 almonds beforehand.  I need to stop buying myself candies!

Breakfast Day 2

BIG bowl of Cheerios and milk.  About to go for a run, so I feel like it's ok?  I really need to get measuring cups, but dorm life doesn't really accommodate for measuring out foods :/ can't wait to be home next weekend so I can go to Golds and measure out ALL of my food! :)
